We took an interest in curing and smoking bacon after having tried dry-cured bacon for the first time. While all bacon is great, dry-cure is different altogether. We started making our own and before we knew it, we were giving it to friends and family.
Our bacon is dry-cured, smoked and packaged at a licensed commercial facility here in the South Hills. Beverly Heights Bacon is licensed by the State of Pennsylvania and Allegheny County. We are a fully-insured business.
